sweet balcony restful sleep

The superior double room was spacious for my romantic getaway. the lille balcony added a touch of sweetness to mornings. I watched the sunrise each day. the bed was comfortable, providing restful sleep after long days of exploring. breakfast was also perfect!

i found a very very slight delay in the elevator service at one point.

faulty air conditioning street noise

the air conditioning didn't work properly. it was hotel policy apparently to switch between heat and cool. some guests wanted heat, so the entire hotel switched off the air con! i had to open the windows. street noise was a problem late at night as a result.

The location was acceptable, close to some restaurants.

The room was advertised as a Junior Suite, but it was small. The air conditioning failed and the staff said it was my fault. They were unable to fix it, disappointing.

faulty air conditioning cramped room

The location was perfect.

The room was smaller than expected. It was advertised as a Junior Suite, but felt cramped. The air conditioning did not work properly. The staff said it was our fault, though they never fixed it. That was disappointing.
